Hi, I'm Emma
I'm a designer and facilitator.
Convinced that solutions come from the ground up, I work with organisations to harness collective intelligence and channel it into innovation that genuinely serves people.
Specialised in design thinking, I put human needs at the heart of value creation. Whilst I blend empathy, rigour and creativity, my approach is strategic and systemic.
I design digital and physical experiences, services and products. I have a special interest for imagining collaborative tools such as serious games and participatory workshops. I like to push reflections through more-than-human and prospective design.
Facilitation and synergy creation are my strengths. I brought together more than 70 astronauts in a co-creation process to shape the future vision of the space industry.

At the moment,
Working two years at the European Space Agency (ESA), I led the redesign of the scientific directorate's website using design thinking, agile methods and strategic thinking.
I am currently looking for my next work placement in Paris.
I want to put my human-centred approach to work to create value through experience design and organisational transformation.
I would like to work in an impact-driven organisation or a consulting firm.
